[LUCKY 7] A Better-Looking Year — That Lighthouses of the American Coastlines and pathetic puppy calendar do nothing for your image, friend. You probably realized this the moment you hung the sad things on your wall, wishing you bought something that better represents your love for Downtown, urban development, a tasteful dose of sex appeal and need for “adult” parties. Redemption is here. Sauce and Raw are throwing a 2008 calendar release party to cure your tastelessness. The calendar features 12 of Burque’s beauties set around Downtown’s hottest urban spots. This party is free, but it’s 21-and-over. Calendars cost $6 and a portion of all proceeds go to local charities, so buy two. The party starts atÊ9 p.m. at Sauce and Raw (405 Central NW) and the first 200 in the door get a free calendar. (SN) · FREE
