Ah i thought I lost this when I went to see hot hot is was: 97 degrees F and now at 10:50 PM
MST it’s still 86 F. And i some parts of the city that will mean it’s even hotter!

Exercise lighty, ptrfarably in a pool. The body has systems to regulate temperatures and sweat. Light to moderate exercise can help you sweat (eliminating toxins and giving an evaporative sensation). Eat raw and cold foods. They won’t really cool you down but they are good for you. They’ll make you feel good too.

Also open windows for cross circulation, use fans, and adjust blinds to protect against overheating at certain times of the day. All this works without AC.
