New Blogs, Fires, and Music
So Pat and I have one (well probably more) questions: WHERE’S THE NATIONAL GUARD, THE NAVY, AIR FORCE AND ARMY? My point is short: San Diego Naval Base? All other bases in Orange County, and of course the National guard: why weren’t they deployed immediately to give aid and PUT THE FIRES OUT? I don’t get it with all those resources right there. Comment please.
I send prayers to all those in need. I know the devastation of fire, LOS ALAMOS CERRE GORDE, a few years back. So many were out helping fast. Including a caravan of FED EX trucks. Perhaps mainstream media is giving only part of the story, but California has so many resources right in Orange County. Why aren’t they being put to work?

You need to go to her site to click a frenzy. I know I will as I am the curious sort. Sacramento has an interesting story about a classical halloween story/opera. And maybe you need to know more about NM bike tours/rides/and pictures and maps to boot! Also look up SImple Truths, www.simpletruths.com ? They have weekly videos that are great. SUBScRIBE!
Well there is wholesome rock n roll: quite likable, easy to listen too and good lyrics. Fortunately you get to hear what Ian is thinking about in the interview. In yesterday’s write up from SFBC you’ll learn more in a music vernacular. My favorites are the dance and song como’s as he seems to be strecthing his artistic vision some. This is a brief overview and introduction to Ian Moore and you’ll be able to decide if you want to see him live at Santa Fe Brewing Company this week. Call the brewing CO and see if you can order some…must be 21 to consider this thought!
An aside, I heard part of a great interview about sustainability and schools! You can go to www.ksfr.org to hear Diego Mulligan’s podacast, or www.2010.org (I think). Basically, they were talking about ways to teach kids to do retrofitting including schools and other ventures, that are actually being discussed with the Santa Fe School Board. Amazing ideas that could help the community, prepare students for new upcoming careers and save the earth all at once. If Santa Fe can conceive it, and if the schools and city actually implements it: any small city can too. Spread the word! KSFR.org!
