Lectures in Santa Fe: you choose!
Thursday evening at Natural Grocers,by Vitamin Cottage, Jack Challam will give a talk about pre-diabetes and related topics. Mr Challem has written many books sharing research about supplements , nutrition, and well being. The lecture is free and starts at 7PM. Books will be on sale, and there will be a book signing.
