So click what? Start by clicking on photos by Mary MacIntyre. Often the enlarged version will show many more details. Tonight’s photos have little connection. Pat is still working on connecting her story to photos. Her biggest problem is that all of a sudden she has more work than is comfortable, plus catsitting a friend’s cat and being an all around helper for her friend who just underwent hip replacement surgery. She’s a little gimpy and grumpy. I just roll my eyes, am glad she has a car to use for awhile, and had a great time with our drive up the mountain. We went out to eat at Santa Fe Baking Company. Food was OK and I ate too much. Got sleepy and have been dragging myself to do some work. Not easy and I have to be up early tomorrow morning to start a very long week! Smile, no need to be grumpy, there will be benefits along the way.

The latest refrain lately is that I can pass as a senior! I take the discounts, I reuse to die my hair, and I guess I’d better start using some cremes and things. Yeck. I probably won’t u se most of the cremes as they produce varying degrees of allergic or toxic reactions (and these are the healthy ones!) As the road seems a steep slope toward being older and older, I just want to say wait! Not yet!. I always used to look younger tha I was: oh well desert air has it’s sirens too.

So in the spirit of feeling a bit older than I am: Music:

Amy Cheng is not old. Ah such piano dancing!

This one got me through grad school.

I grew up on this music, and I loved it!

Did you know that the Ode of Joy is also called the Ode of Freedom? For all 4 parts of this and more, go to Youtube
