Photo by Mary MacIntyre Well I came to blog exhausted and am still feeling ill and then I found this video: a great way to start with…ahometown story of a man and his music.

See what music can do? Restore, rejuvenate and be so expressive! Here’s a mix of several different audience moods. You choose. All this in such a plentiful creative state. Stretch your imagination fly!

All this is New Mexico from older romantic images of the west to very contemporary tunes. So many original lyrics and perspectives. The winds blow hard this time of the year, and weather changes as rapidily. So do the moods and who’s playing in any town day by day.

Saturday morning you can go to the Lensic and listen to opera, Sunday afternoon at the St Fraaancis Chapel a choral group may arrive. The NM Symphony will do performance in the afternoons and evenings, while jazz bands may play a bar at night, and show up to church in Sunday morning. During the week in both Albuquerque and Santa FE there are open mic nights where local bands, alternative, rock, hip hop whomever may appear and play. Welcome to the scene in New Mexico!

The Roswell clip is outa sight, a bit loud and hard to understand but mesmerizing in its own way. Be back soon.
